Jack and the beanstalk- set in today's world- as retold by Siddarth

Jack and the Skyscraper

Jack was a boy who lived alone in a hut in the city. He lived right next to a tall skyscraper which had parties every day. He wished that he could get enough money to afford a ticket to go up there.
One day, while he was walking, he found a ticket lying on the ground. It was a ticket for one of the skyscraper parties. He looked on each side and checked if the road was clear, and he picked the ticket and ran home. He looked at the skyscraper and then at the ticket and he grinned.
Heading to the skyscraper, he was stopped by the guard. The guard asked him, “Where’s your ticket?”  Jack smiled and showed it to the guard and he ran in through the glass door. He saw a button which said ‘up’ on the empty iron wall and that button would take him to his destination. Suddenly the wall opened and Jack screamed with fright “How is the wall opening? What have I done?”
A man came and said “Genius, it’s the elevator. I think your brain has to open up too.”  And the man walked away as Jack walked into the elevator. He pressed the highest number he knew which was two hundred and twenty two and coincidently the highest number 222 too.
Up went the elevator while jack was feeling really sick. After around 20 seconds the elevator opened and suddenly a spear came whistling straight at Jack’s face. He shrieked and looked back and saw that a spear had just missed his face. And looking front he saw something worse that a terrorist was going to bomb down the whole skyscraper. And that was the same thing as bombing the best time of Jack’s life.
So Jack ran and kicked the bomb into the sky at the last second and there were fireworks in the sky. The terrorist saw this and went to pounce on Jack, but Jack dodged that too. The terrorist went straight into the closing elevator which was broken by the spear shot. The terrorist went straight down with the broken elevator.
Everyone started to clap for Jack for saving lives. Soon the terrorist was put in jail and as for Jack, he was given the whole skyscraper. He lived happily ever after with the parties and the skyscraper.
