Its quite good. Few questions: 1) How does Principal know what Dan is going through? Why should he be bothered even if he knows? Would Principal of your school do this if you were Dan? 2) Wouldnt it also be good if we add the details of rounds where he finally overcame his fear?

It is good script and of course could be improved on few points. On the whole the message within is positive.
