Shaun lived in Scotland with his parents. His mother, Tina, was a homemaker. She used to look after the house. His father, Jerry, worked for a Swedish company. Shaun was seven years old and studied in grade1 in a nearby school.
One day, when he came from school, he asked his mother if he could watch a show on the phone. She agreed. Shaun took the phone from the mother carelessly. The phone slipped from his hands. The glass of the phone broke. It scattered all around the floor. Tina got super angry. She started scolding Shaun. She yelled, “You broke my phone! It’s not working. How will I talk to anyone now?” Shaun started crying. He kept thinking, “How did this happen?”
Tina stopped scolding him when Shaun started crying loudly. She calmed him down, “Never do like this again.” Shaun sniffed, “I am sorry, mom. I’ll be careful now onwards.” Tina had to buy a new phone soon, and Shaun was always very careful with it.
