Public Speaking workshop

How to listen when kids speak and how to encourage them to speak well. 
Not a book by Faber and Mazlish, but an attempt at ConfidentLearning.

Sharing the excerpt from what we discussed:
1.    The idea is not not to experience anxiety. The idea is to manage anxiety.
2.    Organise thoughts in advance. 
3.    Know your stage-time and use condensation/expansion accordingly
4.    Use yourself as your own audience to rehearse.
5.    Judge and understand the audience
6.    Maintain eye-contact, pace and poise.
7.    Avoid the 'yawners'
8.    Use gestures and movements
9.    Be credible
10.Use magnets
